This is legitimately one of the quickest smoothie recipes you’ll find. If that loud blender noise doesn’t wake you up the morning after a big night, this smoothie definitely will!

In a blender, put one cup of blueberries, frozen or fresh, a cup spinach leaves, a cup almond or coconut milk, a quarter avocado (put the rest on some toast), one tablespoon chia seeds, a pinch of cinnamon, a tablespoon maple syrup, fill halfway with ice.

Blend baby, blend. And then drink it straight out the blender, or in a glass if you’re feeling more civilised 😉
